Food:
The food listed below was provided, served, and prepared by Chef Johnny “Java” Murphy of Archie Moore’s Bar and Restaurant and Chef Ron Johnson of Executive Chef Catering. It was delicious!

Red Beans & Rice with Andoulle sausage: Traditional N’awlins Supper.
Jambalaya: Southern rice cooked with ham, Andoulle sausage, chicken, crawfish, tomato and fresh vegetable trinity.
Vegetarian Jambalaya: Southern rice cooked with red & yellow pepper bouquet, grilled eggplant, roasted zucchini, onions & fresh corn & tomato.
Archie Moore’s Famous Buffalo Style Chicken Wings: Nuff said! (w/ bleu cheese dressing & celery sticks)
Garden Salad: Mixed Fresh Garden & Mesclun Greens w/ garden fresh veggies, fresh feta & basil, 5 bean Ensalada with Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette.
Po’ Boy Cajun Chicken Breast: Fresh boneless, skinless, Chicken Breast Scaloppini pan blackened with Chef Ron’s special Cajun Seasonings (with a side of bell pepper ranch dressing).
Po’Boy Breaded Fish Fillet: Fried Fillet of Haddock (with a side of Chef Johnny’s special Louisiana Tartar Sauce).

Judie’s European Baked Goods: All the bread.

Romeo and Cesare’s: Baked ziti.

Richard’s Corner Deli: Eggplant Parmesean.
