7th Annual City Wide Open Studios in New Haven, CT. October 2004. The Teeter-Active Totterhorn was part of C.W.O.S. Read about it in the New Haven Advocate here.

The Teeter-Active Totterhorn was created for my B.F.A. thesis at the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) in 2000. The Totterhorn is an oversized Teeter-Totter that is fitted with bellows. The bellows open and close according to the rhythm of the riders and the air that is generated by this action travels through hoses up to organ pipes. This results in sounds being played as the riders ride.
